PROGRAM REVIEWS & EVALUATIONS
During initial implementation of any system, it is important to measure progress and set actions. It is equally important across time to have continual access to fidelity data for continue improvement and maintenance of systems. Emergent Tree Behavior Systems program review can support campuses in determining areas for growth and areas of strength within their multi-tiered system of behavioral supports.
During a program review, Emergent Tree Education will conduct on-site observations, interview campus staff and students, review products and walk-through classrooms to gather implementation data. Emergent Tree uses quantified quality indicators based on the most recent research Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) to determine what features are firmly in place and what features are incomplete or missing. For areas of growth, Emergent Tree will provide action items at address all areas of growth.
All program reviews include data collection, report creation and on-site presentation of results. Program Reviews can be conduct at any tier individually or as a comprehensive campus review of all tiers.
