Emergent Tree has grown to serve hundreds of schools in over 50 districts in Texas. All consultants at Emergent Tree are former educators with both classroom and leadership-level experience, giving them insight into the enablers and barriers of all stakeholders. Emergent Tree continues to arm administrators with the skills to support teachers, setting up teachers to do what they do best: Teach!

I love working at Emergent Tree because we continue to be connected to the most current research-based practices for behavior in education. The frameworks and tools we offer help streamline procedures for campuses and districts, which is critical to continuing this journey!
I love that I can connect and form relationships with districts and their staff across the state and partner with two districts outside of Texas. I am a people person, so the fact that I can meet new people, help them with any barriers they may have, and support teachers is the best. Personally, I am very lucky to work with the best people. I have learned so much from them over the past year and a half.
